A Timeless Place for Health and Relaxation
The building impresses with its unique atmosphere. Originally a Bathhouse, today MARCONI Sanatorium is one of the most valuable monuments of health resort architecture in Poland. Designed by the Italian architect H. Marconi, it was inspired by ancient Roman public buildings. It was opened in 1836. From the outside, it features a main body, two side wings, and Corinthian-style columns. Inside – magic. In the main hall, a row of decorated columns, a decorative gallery on the ceiling, and monuments of Orpheus and Eurydice. Only here – relaxation in the Concert Hall and rehabilitation in the Natural Therapy Facilities – is possible in such surroundings.
Concert Hall – the Cultural Heart of Uzdrowisko
Directly opposite the main entrance is the Concert Hall; formerly called the ballroom. Here, everything harmonizes perfectly. Columns with busts of Roman gods, decorated walls and ceiling, magnificent mirrors. 150 seats, a balcony, and a large stage.
It is in these interiors that our Guests listen to world-famous and Polish stage stars. Prestigious events take place here, including the The International “Chopin Summer” Piano Festival and the Krystyna Jamroz International Music Festival. We organize several hundred events annually in the Concert Hall.
Comfortable Apartments and Rooms
Our Guests are welcomed by comfortable apartments and rooms of varying standards. In total, there are 185 beds available. Among the rooms there are five apartments, including the H. Marconi apartment, as well as single and double rooms of superior and standard quality with bathrooms. Each is equipped with a television, radio, telephone, kettle, refrigerator, and access to wireless internet. Guests also have access to a dining room, a cozy café, and a paid parking lot.
Conference Center
An elegant space ideal for organizing trainings, conferences, business meetings, and cultural events.
The Conference Center, located in the heart of the historic building, combines the representative character of the interiors with modern technical facilities. Event participants can enjoy the full health resort infrastructure as well as the unique atmosphere of the Spa Park, which fosters both work and relaxation.
Modern Treatment Facilities
MARCONI Sanatorium offers modern and extensive treatment facilities. Rehabilitation is conducted under the supervision of a qualified medical team. The facility also includes a medicinal water drinking hall.
MARCONI Sanatorium is located in the heart of the historic Spa Park, spanning several hectares, whose microclimate promotes relaxation and regeneration.
